Marie shares with Render Free her journey toward embodiment and the fundamentals of somatic work. Her personal and professional perspective as an equity and inclusion consultant allowed for an incredible opportunity to discuss the risk of chronic stress uniquely faced by Black + Brown women.
In this conversation, Marie lead listeners in two somatic practices. These tools of self-regulation foster rest an healing and can be used by anyone in time of distress.

OUR PHYSICAL SPACE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED
In alignment with the prioritization of the whole-body health and wellbeing of our members, for the next two weeks the focus of Render Free will emphasizes our virtual offerings as our physical space temporarily closes due to COVID-19.
We will let our longing to share space in community again fuel the ongoing evolution of Render Free. We will not waver in our commitment to walk alongside self-identified Black and Brown women as we journey toward healing.
Thank you for your continued patiences and understanding as we adjust to the changes that are safest for our community. We are excited to offer virtual events to practice the prioritization of wellness through intentional connection, co-creation, introspection, and movement.
